We also work with our sister company ProBall, Inc., a private indoor baseball academy. We are a fun group of talented Individuals specializing in Mental Performance, Sport and Clinical Psychology. Our practice offers sport and clinical psychology, mental game training, Biofeedback and other custom-tailored approaches specific to an individual’s needs.

Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Some roles include matching clients to therapists and coaches ensuring a good fit. Answering phones while assisting in new projects. Interacting with potential new partnerships, professional associates, and athletes. Creating and maintaining social media content. Collecting and organizing data to develop new marketing content, data entry, supporting staff as needed, and speaking with potential new and established clients. You'll assist in keeping this ship operating smoothly by paying close attention to detail and handling the day-to-day tasks assigned. We thrive on a positive mindset and our capacity to create an enjoyable environment.

*The position is Hybrid: Remote and in-person; if necessary and required, the employee will occasionally work from one of the two offices in either Newport Beach or Santa Ana, Ca.
