Initial Evaluation $240-330 (60min)
Regular session rate $180-260 (45min)
Insurance
Although we don't bill insurance and are a self-pay Private Practice, as a courtesy, we can provide a "superbill" upon request with all the necessary information for you to bill your insurance directly for potential reimbursement. Your health insurance or employee benefit plan may cover a portion or the entire service(s). While we are not contracted or considered in-network with any insurance providers, we understand that our clients may still wish to use their out-of-network benefits (OON). Many clients have OON but may need help knowing how to use it. When contacting your Insurance carrier, you can ask the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible, and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session for out-of-network providers?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reimbursement rates from your insurance provider may vary or may not be available when your therapist is a "pre-licensed intern" questions about this should be addressed directly with your insurance provider.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy requires 24-hours advance notice to avoid being charged the full fee.
